Regular and one-off donations to Friends of Beckley School (FOBS) enrich school life by funding new IT equipment, school building updates and school activities and workshops that wouldn't be possible without your help.

The form accepts both debit and credit cards. If you are a UK tax payer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box so we can claim an additional 25% on your donation.

We take your privacy very seriously. Your details will only be shared with the people who administer the Donorbox system. For further details, see our Privacy Policy.

Further Information

FOBS is run by a committee elected at an A.G.M. in the Autumn term. All parents are automatically members and there is no subscription fee.

The association organises several fund-raising events, many of which have become annual attractions. In addition The Friends offer practical help to the school in many ways and are involved with social events throughout the year.

The school has enjoyed great support from the association over the years and major funds have been provided for IT equipment, updating the fabric of the school and specific additional school activities, i.e. science week.

Thanks to the continued and generous support of the parents the association is able to provide many such extras for the benefit of the children.

Claiming Gift Aid on Offline Donations

Voluntary donations and those collected via sponsorship programmes and non-uniform days may be eligible for Gift Aid. To register your donations for Gift Aid you must be a UK taxpayer. You only need to register for Gift Aid once to allow us to claim it on any donation you make.

To claim Gift Aid we need to collect and store your name and address along with details of your donations in a password-protected spreadsheet where the password is known only to the FOBS data privacy officer and any FOBS committee members who submit donation information to HMRC.

If at any time you would like to know what information we hold about you or request its removal, please contact the FOBS data privacy officer at
